Describe your perfect pair. Do you see yourself close to the pair you described?

First, should be the first when we meet so we didn’t know each other because i think the relationship isn't good at all in work.
Second, I want a pair that has good technical skills not perfect just good to be on the same level and learn from each other, also be better if they have high soft skills and patient and funny because I think I have a sense of humour and I need a pair like me to don’t make it hard.
Finally, I think I’m not close to the pair that I describe because I don’t like someone like me always because I need a person that I learn from him.
